Dungsam Cement Corporation Limited is pleased to invite sealed and signed bids from interested Bhutanese Hiring Agencies for hiring of Hydraulic excavator with bucket capacity of 3m3 minimum (350HP) 2 units and 2m3 minimum (250HP) 5 units. Bids shall be received in sealed envelopes on or before 3.00 pm on 01.03.2021 and it shall be opened on the same day at 3.30 pm. Tender received after the deadline for submission shall be rejected. Please note that bids will be rejected at the time of opening if:
- Integrity Pact is not sealed, signed by authorized person and witnesses with legal stamp affixed;
- Bid bond is not sufficient or not enclosed or insufficient validity,
- Bid submission form is not signed by authorized person with legal stamp affixed ;
- Price schedule is not sealed and signed.
