Dungsam Cement Corporation Limited (DCCL) invites sealed Bids from eligible International and National Bidders for the “supply of stationeries on annual rate contract basis.”
Bids shall be received in sealed envelopes on or before 3.00 PM on 15th November, 2021 and shall be opened on the same day at 3.30 PM. Any tenders received after the deadline for the submission shall be rejected.
Please note that bids will be rejected at the time of opening if:
- Integrity Pact is not signed by authorized person and witnesses with legal stamp affixed;
- Bid bond is not sufficient or not enclosed and its validity is not sufficient;
- Bid submission form is not signed by authorized person(with affixed legal stamp) and
- Price schedule is not signed.
