  1. The Dungsam Cement Corporation Limited invites bids for the Plant Roofing Maintenance
  2. The Bid must be accompanied by bid security of Nu. 40,000 in the form of Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, Cash Warrant or Cash valid till May 18, 2024 in favor of CEO, DCCL,
  3. The bid shall be submitted before 3:00PM 03.2024 and shall be opened on same day at 3:30PM in general corporate office, administrative block, DCCL.
  4. The bid shall be addressed to P&MM Division Head, DCCL.
  5. All the following bidding documents shall be submitted and omission of any document shall subject to rejection of Bid:
    1. Valid contract license and Tax clearance
    2. Sealed and signed contract
    3. Sealed and signed bid submission form (Form 1)
    4. Valid Bid
