This is with reference to our Notice Inviting Tender No. DCCL/Com/Proc/05/2025/1284 dated 18.06.2025. We would like to issue the following addendum regarding the “Supply of Coal”.
please be informed that the original bidding document omitted the delivery period for the supply of coal. All prospective bidders are hereby advised to note the following revision:
Revised Clause:
“The supply of 5,000 MT of coal shall be completed within one (1) month from the date of issuance of the Purchase Order. Bidders shall quote for the entire quantity of 5,000 MT.”
Additionally, the Bank Guarantee shall be enforceable at any bank in Bhutan.
All other terms and conditions of the tender remain unchanged.
