Qualifications and Experiences

 

  1. General Manager, Finance Department
    • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce or related field from a recognized college/university obtained on a full-time mode, preferably MBA/CPA/CFA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized college/university.
    • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience including study period of 18 months after a formal degree, preferably with leadership exposure in finance, accounts, treasury, taxation, audit, budgeting and financial strategy in medium to large organizations. 
  1. General Manager, Corporate Services Department
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from a recognized college/university obtained on a full-time mode, preferably Master degree or professional certification in HR/Administration/IT/Project management or Facilities management.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience including study period of 18 months after a formal degree, preferably with leadership exposure in corporate affairs.
  1. General Manager, Commercial & Supply Chain Department
  • Minimum of Bachelor Degree from a recognized college/university obtained on a full-time mode, preferably MBA/ Master in Economics/ Business Analytics/ Supply Chain Management/ Procurement/ Logistics or related field from a recognized college/university.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience including study period of 18 months after a formal degree, preferably with leadership exposure in manufacturing industries.

Employment Type

  • The selected candidate will be appointed to the position for initial contract period of 3 years and is extendable based on performance and requirement. 

Salary and Benefits

  • Basic Pay: Nu. 51,640
  • Pay Scale: 51,640-1290-70,990
  • Contract Allowance: 65% on Basic Pay per month
  • Fixed Allowance: 60% on Minimum Pay per month
  • Other benefits shall be as per the company’s rules and regulation

  • A copy of the Certificate and Academic Transcripts of the Bachelor’s degree
  • A copy of the Certificate and Academic Transcripts of the Master’s degree if available.
  • Valid Online Security Clearance
  • Valid Audit Clearance
