Dungsam Cement Corporation Limited (DCCL) is pleased to invite sealed bids from Bhutanese authorized dealers and distributors for the supply of lubricants on an Annual Rate Contract (ARC) basis.
Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes on or before 3:00 PM on 10th February 2026 and will be opened on the same day at 3:30 PM. Any tender received after the submission deadline shall be rejected.
