Shortlisted Announcement

In Pursuant to the internal vacancy announcement for the post of General Manager in various departments, vide Internal Vacancy Announcement No. DCCL/HR/VAC-13/2026/1054 dated 4th July 2026, the following candidates have been shortlisted for the selection interview.

All shortlisted candidates are requested to report for the interview as per the schedule above. Candidates must bring their original documents, including CV, for verification at the time of the interview. 

The selection interview shall consist of two components: presentation and viva voce, carrying a total of 100 marks.

 

Please note the following: 

  1. Presentation
  • The presentation shall carry 50 marks out of the total 100 marks.
  • The presentation topic/question will be shared by HR on 21st July 2026 at 5:00 PM.
  • Candidates must submit their PowerPoint presentation to HR on or before 22nd July 2026 by 5:00 PM.
  • Late submissions shall not be accepted under any circumstances.
  • Once the PowerPoint presentation is submitted, no changes or revisions to the PowerPoint presentation shall be permitted.
  • The presentation submitted to HR shall be the final version and will be used during the interview.
  • Each candidate shall be given 20 minutes to make the presentation, followed by a 30-minute question-and-answer session based on the presentation.
  1. Viva Voce
  • The viva voce shall carry 50 marks out of the total 100 marks
  • The viva voce shall assess the candidates’ leadership qualities, personal attributes, professional competencies, decision-making ability, communication skills, and overall suitability for the position.

All shortlisted candidates are advised to report on time and comply with the above requirements.
