The function is responsible for ensuring production planning, managing cement plant operations (including mining) and ensuring that cement production is as per cost, quality and production schedule.
The department is also responsible for improving efficiency and utilization of mines, plant while maintaining high levels of quality.
The Plant and Mines Department consist of the following functions:
